Jolora intends to serve courier-covered destinations across Bangladesh with packaging designed around a fragile glass product.

Coverage, fees and timing are launch assumptions, not guarantees. The final charge must be accepted at checkout before an order is confirmed.
Protective packing
Several small layers, one important job.
- Bottle sleeve kept in place where appropriate.
- Individual protective wrap around vulnerable glass surfaces.
- Separators or cushioning to limit movement.
- A fitted outer carton, closed and labelled for courier handling.
Packaging reduces risk but cannot make glass unbreakable. Inspect the parcel before first use.
From order to door
Four moments to watch.
Order acknowledgement
A live store should provide an order ID and summary. The current preview does not create a merchant-confirmed order.
Confirmation
Support may verify the phone number, address, item and payment route before packing.
Dispatch
When courier integration is live, a tracking reference or status update should follow.
Delivery contact
Keep the recipient phone reachable. Never share an OTP unless it is clearly required for receiving your own parcel.
When delivery changes
Delays and unsuccessful attempts.
Delay
Weather, hartals, public holidays, high parcel volume and remote routes may add time. Check status before placing a duplicate order.
Unreachable recipient
A courier may attempt contact or return the parcel. Any re-delivery fee must be explained and agreed before another attempt.
At the door
Check for crushing, wetness or signs the parcel was opened. If courier rules allow, note visible damage before acceptance.
Damaged arrival
Do not use the bottle. Preserve all layers and follow the arrival evidence process promptly.
