This notice covers the Jolora preview storefront. No live merchant, payment gateway or production fulfilment system is represented as connected.
1. Scope and preview status
This notice describes this browser-based demonstration. Information entered into preview checkout, order lookup or contact features may remain only on your device and may not reach Jolora or any merchant.
2. Information you may provide
Depending on the feature, fields may include name, Bangladesh mobile number, email, delivery address, district, order selections, payment-method choice, order ID and support message. Do not enter PINs, OTPs or full financial credentials.
3. Intended purposes
A future live service may use necessary information to answer questions, verify and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, handle payment confirmation, prevent misuse, resolve returns and meet legal obligations. Live purposes and lawful bases must be confirmed before launch.
4. Browser storage
This preview may use localStorage to keep a cart, preview order or interface preference on your device. It is not secure long-term storage. You can clear site data through your browser; doing so may remove preview records permanently.
5. Sharing
A live store may need to share limited details with couriers, payment providers, hosting vendors and support tools. This preview does not promise that those providers are connected. Information should not be sold or shared for unrelated advertising without an appropriate notice and choice.
6. Retention
Preview-local records remain until browser storage is cleared or code removes them. Future merchant retention periods will depend on support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal needs and must be published when confirmed.
7. Security
Reasonable safeguards are intended, but no website or device is risk-free. Keep order IDs private, use a trusted device and never send a PIN or OTP to support.
8. Your choices
You may ask a live merchant to explain, correct or delete information where applicable, object to optional marketing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Identity verification may be required. Rights depend on applicable Bangladesh law and the final merchant setup.
9. Children and changes
The store is intended for people able to make or supervise a purchase. We may update this notice when live services and providers are known; the effective date should change with material revisions.
