The planned construction is a clear glass body with a removable silicone sleeve, lid and gasket. Exact material grades remain subject to supplier confirmation.

Around 420 ml suits smaller bags and short trips. 550–650 ml is a balanced everyday size. 750 ml reduces refill stops but is heavier, especially because the body is glass.

The lid is intended to resist normal leaks when the gasket is clean, seated flat and properly closed. Do not treat an unconfirmed product as guaranteed leakproof around electronics.

Not until the final thermal specification is confirmed. Use cool or room-temperature drinks and avoid sudden temperature changes.

Compatibility is not confirmed. Hand wash with lukewarm water and do not freeze a full glass bottle.

Wash the bottle, lid and gasket separately with mild dish soap, rinse well and air-dry completely. Persistent odour may mean the gasket needs support review.

Do not use the bottle. Photograph the outer parcel, label, internal packaging and damage, keep all materials, and contact support promptly.

A limited unused-item return may be considered if the item is unopened, complete and reported promptly. Courier costs and final eligibility remain provisional.

Keep the item unused and preserve the packaging. Send the order ID plus clear photos so support can review a replacement route.

If approved, the intended route is return to the original verified payment channel or another agreed method. Timing and deductions are confirmed case by case.
