Terms for using this preview.
These provisional terms explain the intended Jolora store experience. They do not turn a browser-only preview order into a merchant-confirmed sale.
1. Preview status
This site currently demonstrates a proposed storefront. Local confirmation screens, order IDs and saved records are for preview purposes unless a verified Jolora merchant channel separately confirms acceptance. Do not send money based only on preview instructions.
2. Products and information
Images aim to represent bottle form and colour, but screens and production variation can differ. Capacities, materials, thermal limits, component compatibility and stock remain subject to final confirmation. No certification or health claim should be inferred.
3. Prices and promotions
Prices should appear in Bangladeshi taka and may change before a live order is accepted. Delivery charges, discounts and total payable should be shown before submission. An obvious display or calculation error may be corrected before acceptance, with a chance to cancel.
4. Orders and acceptance
A submitted request may be declined or held for verification because of stock, address coverage, suspected misuse or an error. A binding order should arise only when the live merchant confirms acceptance. Customers are responsible for accurate recipient and delivery details.
5. Payment
Planned methods include cash on delivery and manual bKash or Nagad. Only use merchant details displayed through a verified live route. Jolora support should never ask for a PIN or OTP. Manual payment may require a transaction reference but not secret credentials.
6. Delivery
Dates are estimates and may change due to courier coverage, weather, public holidays, disruption or recipient availability. Keep the phone reachable and inspect fragile items before use. See the delivery guide.
7. Returns, damage and warranty
Eligibility depends on the issue, condition, timing and evidence. Do not return loose broken glass. The returns guide and provisional warranty explain intended routes without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, submit false orders, misuse another person’s details, attempt unauthorised access or use content unlawfully. Product photography, writing and branding remain subject to their owners’ rights.
9. Safety and liability
Glass can break and cause injury. Follow the care guide, inspect before use and stop using chipped or cracked glass. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the merchant should not be responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that Bangladesh law does not permit a business to exclude.
10. Changes, law and severability
Final merchant identity, governing-law details and dispute channels must be published before launch. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms should continue where possible. Material changes should carry a new effective date.
