We intend to handle damaged, missing and incorrect items respectfully. This provisional guide explains the planned review route.
Before first use
Pause for a two-minute check.
- Compare the model, capacity and colour with your order summary.
- Inspect the rim, body and base in good light.
- Check that lid, gasket and advertised components are present.
- Keep the shipping label, outer carton and internal packing.
- Photograph any concern before washing or using the item.

Provide clear photos or video of the parcel, label, packing, item and affected area. Never risk injury for a photo.

Support checks the order and evidence, then confirms eligibility and the safe next step in writing.
Pickup or safe disposal
Do not courier loose broken glass. Follow written pickup, repacking or disposal instructions.
Replacement or refund
If approved, stock, destination and payment route determine the available resolution and timing.
